Refund policy

7 Day Window
You will have 7 days from your subscription purchase date to cancel services and request a refund. Please note: The refund amount will be adjusted to account for the payment processing fees, which are 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for standard credit cards and 3.9% + $0.30 per transaction for American Express cards.

Shop Not Completed
There might be some remote locations or locations where we don't have coverage for shops. If the shop cannot be completed within the requested month, we will attempt to have it shopped within 7 days of the following month. If the shop can't be completed, the full amount of the shop fee will be refunded.

Exceptions
There will be a surcharge of $25 for shops in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We are not able to offer Nevada shops at this time.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Services 
Once 7 days has elapsed, or the shop as already taken place, we will not be able to offer a refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific subscription. 

Exchanges 
If you would like to modify your services and or subscription you can do so by contacting customer support; alternatively you can add new services through the CX Express online shopping portal.
